Can I commission design only?
Yes. If you prefer to build with your own team we deliver a complete construction set including production details.
How long does a project take?
For an average flat, design takes 3–5 weeks and delivery 8–14 weeks. The exact schedule follows the site visit.
How is the budget defined?
After the site visit we prepare an itemised cost sheet. Going beyond the approved budget requires your written approval.
Do you work outside Istanbul?
Yes. We run projects across Türkiye and abroad; for distant sites our team stays on rotation.
