1. Data controller

This website is operated by Velora Interior Architecture & Decoration. We act as the data controller for the personal data processed through it. Our contact details are on the Contact page.

2. What we collect

• Contact form: full name, email address, phone (optional), subject and message.
• Technical data: anonymous statistics such as browser type and pages visited.

Please do not send special categories of data (health, beliefs, etc.) that we do not request.

3. Purposes and legal basis

Your data is processed solely to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quotation and run the project process. The legal basis is the performance of a contract or steps taken at your request, and our legitimate interest.

4. Cookies

This site uses only cookies that are necessary for it to work; a small record is kept in your browser to remember your choice. No third-party advertising or profiling trackers are used. Where an anonymous analytics tool is enabled, IP addresses are masked. You can delete or block cookies at any time in your browser settings.

5. Sharing

We never sell or rent your personal data for marketing. It may be shared only with our hosting and infrastructure providers, to the extent required to deliver the service and under confidentiality obligations.

6. Retention

Contact form records are kept for a maximum of 24 months after your enquiry is resolved, unless a longer statutory retention period applies. Afterwards they are deleted or anonymised.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, ask for it to be corrected or erased, object to its processing and request compensation for damage. Send requests to the email address on the Contact page; we respond within 30 days at the latest.

8. Changes

This policy may be updated from time to time. The current version is always published on this page and the date above is amended.
